2. Estimates and Appointments
Free estimates offered on this website are based on information supplied by the client. If actual property conditions differ substantially from described parameters (e.g., severe staining, biological hazards, unlisted rooms), adjusted estimates will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencing work.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We respectfully request at least 24 hours advance notice for rescheduling or cancelling a booked appointment so our cleaning crew can adjust their daily route.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Carmen Cleaning Services stands behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If any area cleaned is not up to acceptable professional standards, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no extra fee.
5. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, trademarks, website text, photography, and layout designs remain the intellectual property of Carmen Cleaning Services and Maricarmen Bustos. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
While our crew carries full liability insurance and handles your home and office with meticulous care, we are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, unstable fixtures, or normal wear and tear. Clients are advised to secure cash, rare antiques, or fragile heirlooms prior to cleaning visits.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
